To an appointment, you should bring the following:

• Referral Letter (from a GP or Specialist), your Medicare card and Health Insurance information (if applicable)

• Past medical records relating to your condition

• Any scan results and scan images

• Any biopsy or blood test results

A/Prof Anthony Glover primarily operates in the private hospital system (St Vincent’s Private and North Shore Private) so can offer a number of options for treatment through medicare/self-funding and with private health funds.
